Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Introduction

ionCM (ioncm.com and app.ioncm.com) is a platform to plan, produce, publish and measure social media content, operated by Multiaxial SAS (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ionCM, how we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.

ionCM is used by businesses, agencies and community managers (“customers”), who create workspaces and invite their team members (“users”).

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash) of each user, and the role assigned in each workspace.
  • Workspace content: the information you load into ionCM: companies and brands, research, plans, pieces, copy, comments, publication records, metrics and learnings.
  • Media files: light previews (thumbnails and reduced-quality videos) of the design options you upload, and the original files of the pieces marked as final or scheduled for publication (see section 6).
  • Connected social accounts: when you connect an account of a social network (for example Instagram, Facebook or TikTok), we receive from that network an access token and the basic information needed to publish on your behalf: account or page identifier, name, username and profile picture, and the list of pages or accounts you choose to connect. We also store the results of each publication (identifiers, links, status) and, when you request it, the metrics of the published content.
  • Claude connector: if you connect ionCM to Claude, we store the authorization tokens of that connection and a record of the actions performed through it.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and activity logs needed to operate the service, keep it secure and fix problems.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the service: show and organize your workspace, let your team collaborate and keep the history of each piece.
  • To publish the content you choose, on the accounts you connected, at the time you choose. We never publish without an explicit instruction from a user of the workspace.
  • To obtain the metrics of your publications, when you request it, and show them in ionCM.
  • To send service communications (invitations, security notices, changes to the service).
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use your content or the data obtained from social networks for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Data from social networks

We access the data of social networks only through their official APIs and only with the permissions you grant when connecting each account. We use that data exclusively to provide the features you use in ionCM (publishing, showing the status of publications and their metrics), in accordance with the terms of each platform:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we use Meta's APIs in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • TikTok: we use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Before each post, the user sees the destination account and chooses the privacy and interaction settings; content is only posted with the user's consent.

You can disconnect an account at any time from the workspace settings in ionCM, which deletes its access token immediately, or revoke ionCM's access from the settings of the social network itself (see the Data deletion page).

5. Who we share data with

  • Social networks: the content you decide to publish is sent to the network and account you choose, under that network's own privacy policy.
  • Infrastructure providers: Vultr (servers in Santiago, Chile) for hosting and databases, and Cloudflare (network, security and file storage). They process data on our behalf and only to provide their services.
  • Claude (Anthropic): only if a user connects ionCM to Claude. In that case Claude accesses the workspace with that user's permissions, and the data it reads is processed by Anthropic under the user's agreement with Anthropic.
  • Authorities: when required by law, court order or applicable legal process.

Some of these providers process data outside Argentina. In those cases we require them to apply security and confidentiality measures equivalent to those described in this policy.

6. Media files and data retention

  • Previews of design options are kept while the piece exists in the workspace.
  • Original files are uploaded only when a piece is marked as final or scheduled, and are deleted automatically 30 days after publication. Discarded options are deleted immediately.
  • Access tokens of social networks are deleted as soon as you disconnect the account or close your workspace.
  • Account and workspace data are kept while the account is active. When you close your account or workspace, we delete them within 30 days, except for the data we must keep by law.
  • Backups of the database are kept for up to 14 days and are then overwritten.
  • Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of social network access tokens at rest, isolation of data between workspaces, role-based access control, limits on login attempts, and backups with restricted access.

8. Your rights

Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data. You can also object to certain processing and request a copy of your data in a structured format.

To exercise these rights, write to privacy@ioncm.com. We will answer access requests within 10 calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set by law. The right of access may be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.

The AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.

9. Cookies

The ionCM application uses only essential cookies to keep your session open and protect it. Your interface preferences (such as the light or dark theme) are stored in your own browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. We may use aggregated, cookieless statistics provided by Cloudflare to understand the use of the site.

10. Minors

ionCM is a professional tool and is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish any change on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will notify the owners of each workspace by email before it takes effect.
