Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the use of ionCM, a service operated by Multiaxial SAS. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use ionCM on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

ionCM is a platform to plan, produce, review, publish and measure social media content. It lets you organize brands, plans and pieces, collaborate as a team, connect social network accounts to publish content, and connect the workspace to Claude. ionCM is currently in early access: features may change, and we will inform you of relevant changes.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.
The owner of a workspace decides who is invited and what role each member has, and is responsible for the actions of those members within the workspace.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ionCM.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you load into ionCM and to the content you publish through it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, including sending it to the social networks you choose.

You are responsible for having the rights and authorizations needed for the content you upload and publish, including the consent of the people who appear in it and the authorization of the brands whose accounts you manage.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ionCM to:

Publish illegal, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content, or content that violates the policies of the social networks.
Send spam or automated, inauthentic or misleading activity on social networks.
Access accounts, pages or data that you are not authorized to manage.
Try to access other workspaces, interfere with the service or circumvent its security or usage limits.

We may suspend a workspace or disconnect its accounts if we detect a use that breaches these terms or the policies of a social network, and we will notify the owner whenever possible.

7. Plans and fees

During early access, the conditions of each workspace are agreed directly with us. When paid plans are available, their prices and conditions will be published and accepted before any charge is made.

8. Cancellation

You may stop using ionCM and request the closure of your account or workspace at any time. After closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

9. Warranties and liability

We work to keep ionCM available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor the results obtained on social networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the workspace in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will notify the owners of each workspace before they take effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Province of Mendoza, Argentina.
